Dr. Trilisa
On June 19, 2020, after years of studying daily, year-round, (including weekends), hard work, endless exams, countless labs, months spent studying for boards, (3 remaining boards delayed until July) graduation day is here.
Although my graduating class will not be together for this monumental occasion, celebrating with the amazing doctors that taught us and guided us, we will all celebrate each other, and how much we fought for and supported each other in the trenches to make it to this day.
Congratulations to all of my fellow classmates, now colleagues, of the Spring 202o class at Life University receiving their Doctor of Chiropractic!🎓
My heart goes out to everyone graduating during this time, that is unable to participate in a formal ceremony with their classmates, the achievements we have all accomplished, still stand, and they should be celebrated, as I will be doing with my family this weekend.
During this global pandemic, I have been serving in Georgia with my PEAK doctor, Dr. Wade Port, throughout my internship. It has been a challenging time for everyone, and a time of immense growth and adaptation. It has been an incredible experience to be able to support people, and to experience how vital receiving care during this time has been for my peace.
Amidst many challenges, from fighting to regain my health after being a passenger in an MVA in Georgia, to navigating through other personal challenges, it has been an incredible, mostly uphill journey.
Many here have touched my life, classmates, faculty, and staff, those I served, and served with, in the clinics and during my internship in my PEAK office. Every seminar, workshop, club meeting, humanitarian trip, mission trip, they have all enriched my educational journey.
I am excited about integrating my coaching and positive psychology background (Masters of Science in Positive Psychology/Coaching 2016), in combination with gentle chiropractic tonal techniques to optimize energy more efficiently in the body, restoring peace and function to the body, and within one's life.
Thank you to everyone that has supported me, cheered me on, and given me inspiration, I deeply appreciate all of your love and support.
stay tuned for more following boards...
